I completed my PhD in robotics from Monash University in early 2011. Between 2007 and 2013, I worked as a research engineer at SenSen Networks, where I led the SenForce project. From 2013-2017, I worked as a post-doc at the VISICS group in KULeuven, Belgium – where I worked on audio-visual fusion for detecting people in video, and on drone navigation using a single camera. Between 2017-2022, I worked as a Technical Expert in Machine Learning & Robotics at Ford Motor Company’s Silicon Valley Lab, in Palo Alto, California. I now work on Machine Learning on satellite imagery at the aerospace company Planet Labs.
